Construction technology of aqualite pattern glass
The construction technology of water pattern glass usually adopts adhesive finishing technology. The specific construction process is: snap line positioning → install the keel frame → install the substrate → install and paste the water pattern glass.
① Elastic thread positioning
First, measure with professional instruments and equipment, and then according to the design drawings and plate grid drawings, use the infrared ray setting device to correspond to the position of the vertical keel, and bounce the center line of the keel to the wall.
② install the keel skeleton
Usually the keel is made of 50 light steel keel, and the spacing is ≤400mm. Connect the light steel keel to the wall through U-shaped supports, and the distance between the supports should not be greater than 600mm.
③ Install the substrate
The base plate usually adopts 9mm flame-retardant splint, and the thread should be stretched on the surface of the base plate according to the two-way spacing of the keel to determine the fixing position of the nail, and then seal it.
④ Install and paste water pattern glass
Double-sided tape and neutral glass glue are used to install and paste the water pattern glass. When pasting, a gap of 1-2mm should be reserved between the glass and the glass to prevent the plates from being affected by stretching and deformation.
